- How much is road tax?

- How do I book a viewing?
You can book a viewing using the link below.
- Can I test drive if buying online?
No; instead you will be offered a 7-day money back guarantee. If you drive over 200 miles and decide to return the car you will be charged £1 per mile.
- Can I test drive if buying in person?
Yes, you can, all customers are welcome to inspect and test drive our vehicles in person. Before viewings can take place, customers will be required to book a viewing.
- How long will my V5 take to arrive?
All V5s are processed online via the DVLA website and should be with you within 10 working days from sale.
- Do I need to be worried about mechanical issues?
The answer is no! All our cars are backed by warranty, as they undergo visual and physical health check inspections to ensure they are fit for use.
- How long is the MOT?
You can check the MOT history of all our vehicles using the link below www.check-mot.service.go.uk. Brand new MOTs can be completed upon sale.
- Do you do part exchange?
Yes, we can buy your old car. Why don’t you start by getting a valuation today?
- When can we come to view cars?
You’re welcome to come any day during the week between the hours of 10am-10pm. You can also buy entirely online with the option of delivery.
- Do you provide delivery?
Yes, we offer nationwide delivery on all our vehicles. All customers have the option of delivery or collection. Delivery is an extra that you will need to opt for at the point of sale.
- Is delivery free?
Delivery is a separate charge which is calculated based on the distance from us to you. At present we are offering free delivery up to the first 30 miles
- Are there any additional buying fees?
Whether you’re selling or buying there will be no additional fees or charges post our final agreement. You will get 100% of the agreed price upon sale/purchase.
- How long does payment take?
We use BACS faster payments service, therefore all payments are made and received instantly.
- What documents do I need to sell?
To sell you will need your full V5, proof of ID and address so we can verify who you are. Once that’s done, we will buy!
- Can I sell on behalf of someone else?
Yes you, you will need the following documents to do so:
- Photo ID of representative
- Photo ID for registered keeper
- Proof of address for the registered keeper
- Letter/Email from authority from registered keeper stating wish to sell the vehicle
- Will you pay what you offer?
Yes, we pride ourselves on transparency; that’s why we stick to our offers unless there is a discrepancy in relation to the car or significant material change in the appearance or performance of the car that comes to light post our offer. If the car is everything as described, you can guarantee we will stick to our offer
- Do I need to drop my car in for an inspection?
No, we know selling your car coupled with day-to-day life can be stressful and that’s why we offer to come to you, that way you don’t have to move. One of our representatives will agree a day and time that suits you for inspection.
- Are there any additional selling fees: no admin or charges on pay?
Whether you’re selling or buying, there will be no additional fees or charges post our final agreement. You will get 100% of the agreed price upon sale/purchase
- What if I don’t have the V5?
We can still buy your car without the full V5, however, you will be required to provide proof of ownership in the form of a purchase receipt, new keepers slip, or confirmation from the DVLA. You will also be required to provide proof of ID and address ahead of sale.
- How long do valuations stay valid for?
Your valuation will remain valid for 4 days
- What if my car develops an issue after valuation?
We aim to pay you what we say we will at valuation. However, this can be altered by changes, faults or any discrepancies between your car, and details you gave us during inspection. We would advise in this scenario to make one of the team members aware as soon as possible.
- How do you value my car?
Our online valuation is based on a range of factors such as the cars mileage, make, model, sales data, and market conditions.
- What cars do you buy?
We buy all cars. No car is too old, too faulty, or too damaged; we buy all shapes, sizes, makes, models. Find out what your car could be worth today.
- Will you buy my car if it has a fault?
Yes, we can buy cars with existing faults depending on the severity. However, such facts will affect our final valuation of your car as when valuing your car, it is based on several assumptions, one of which is your car being roadworthy without mechanical faults.
- Can I sell a car with no MOT?
Yes, we buy cars without an MOT. However, this will affect the final valuation of the car, as when valuing it, it is based on several assumptions, one of which is your car having a valid MOT for at least 6 months.
- Can I sell if I have outstanding finance?
Yes, we can support customers to clear outstanding finance. To do so you will need to provide us with your finance agreement details and remaining balance
- Can I sell an import car?
We do not buy import cars. Due to them coming from overseas, it is difficult to trace their history
- What if my car has a personalised plate?
Yes, we can still provide a valuation and buy cars with personalised plates. If you wish to keep your private plate, it is easy to reassign it to another car or simply retain it using a retention certificate should you wish to reassign the plate at a later date. You may need to get a new valuation if you decide to retain or change the registration after the initial valuation
- Do you offer finance?
We are not a lender but yes, we do. We have a specialist panel of brokers and lenders who are on hand to get your application approved
- What information do you need for finance?
If you opt for finance, we will need your consent to pass your contact details onto one of our finance partners who contact you and communicate everything you will need to prior to approval
- Do you have a finance calculator?

- How long does it take to get a finance decision?
Finance decisions will vary from customer to customer, as everyone’s circumstances are different. However, one thing we can assure you of is that you will be assigned a dedicated assistant from our finance partners who will assist you every step of the way and provide regular updates until approval.
